Payment up front
If you request a refund- There is a 10$ fee for my time
I can provide as many sketches as you would like for your commission
If you make a large change latter on in the prosses of your commission- There will be a fee depending on the change or changes.
If you have a rushed deadline(as in: needs done in 5 or less days) then you may exspect a rushed fee depending on the time limit

Copyright:
You retain copyright.
Client owns their character.
Client may repost with credit.
Client may use it as an icon/banner.
Commercial use requires an additional license.
Client may not claim they created the artwork.

AI stuff:
My artwork may not be used for AI training.
Do not upload my artwork to AI image generators.
Do not use my artwork in datasets.

I will take AI for refrences- As in, I want something like this- Or, I don't have a ref sheet but I genarated this of my character.
I fully understand that not every one has the skills or money for art.
I will not decline a commission for that
But I ask that you respect my wishes for my own art to not be used in any AI image generators after the commission is done.
